Hi! I’m Chris Mendell and I’m a Lighting Electrician and Programmer. Born in Northern Virginia, I’ve been working on theatrical productions since I was 12 years old, primarily backstage, working in community theater. Throughout Covid, I worked on small and remote productions. 



Today, I specialize in Lighting Technology and Programming. I have worked as a production electrician, head electrician, and programmer for multiple shows, and am proficient in both EOS and GrandMA3 programming. I recently graduated with a BFA in lighting design and technology from UNCSA, class of 2025.
